The She-Warrior left her apprentice in the tall leaves. She had never really minded about the Thunderclan border before, they had always been a distant territory to her. Now it seemed that the distance would be a good thing. If Windclan had disappeared, she didn't want to be int eh land. Something told her that Shadowclan's past would somehow find a way to plague it.

"But why..."
"Fuzz, listen to me. If you stay here, you should be okay if the clan decides not to take us in. It will give you a few seconds to run."
"And seconds are precious int eh heat of battle..."
"Yes. Good. Now just stay quiet."
"But-"
"If I need you, or they might take us in, then I will call you."

There were no more words at the borders. Fuzzpaw hid, trying to use everything she was taught when stalking prey- not to be detected by anyone, anything. She was to afraid to watch her mentor go across the borders, taking them so sacredly.

Raineyes shuddered in her tracks. Her Windclan scent was still present, but fading. She prayed that someone would come...and if nothing else, take Fuzzpaw as their own."Hello? Thunderclan?"

Talonclaw was out hunting when he heard a soft meow. He opened his jaws wide to let the scents around him drift into his awareness. The mouse he was tracking was scurrying away from the sound he had just heard. Disappointed, he went to seek out the meow that threw off the prey. It was a meow so it had to be a cat, as he stalked closer he opened his mouth, again, reveling his sharp fangs. "Windclan" he hissed and slashed out his razor-sharp claws that he was obviously known for into the ground. Talonclaw bounded up a tree easily, his talon sharp claws digging deep into the wood of the trunk. The Thunderclan deputy then raced across the limbs of the many trees around him and flowed the Windclan scent to it's origin. He stopped at the boarder and lifted his head once more to taste the air. Only two Windclan cats, and the scent was faint, and covered with a newer, loner scent. He looked down to see Raineyes, shaking as she stood just in Thunderclan territory. "What are you doing here Raineyes? Why have you come to Thunderclan territory?" he asked flatly from above in the tree he was perched in. He lay down on an outstretched limb above her.

Raineyes looked up. Talonclaw! She took a breath, a nervous one at that, and began to speak quickly, But somewhat quietly. She bowed a bit to the Thunderclan cat, and soon her tongue was unbound by her fears of rejection.

"I am here to join Thunderclan, if you will allow it." She mewed, sounding more like a kit who has lost their mother. "And before you judge me of disloyalty to Windclan, I wish to tell you that the clan is no more. Out leader has vanished, and so has our deputy. The warriors are turning against one another, and I escaped with my life and one of my apprentice. We, if by your mercy under Starclan, would like to dedicate loyalties to Thunderclan."

She waited, hoping her plead would at least gain a smallest crack of a foot hold in his heart. She was dangling off of a cliff, at this point, and there was no root from here to the bottom to wrap her jaw around. And if there was, it was to far down to see, much less to save.

The Thunderclan deputy turned his back to the she-cat and walked back toward the trunk of the tree. He turned around yet again, and angled himself in a bounce down the tree. As he pushed off the turning point he could feel his claws ripping bark from the wood beneath it. Talonclaw landed with a soft thud on the grass and walked over to the Windclan warrior. "We shall see what (i forget)star has to say. Come. I will take you to camp." he meowed to the two cats and padded off to his clan camp adding softlyto the female, "I believe (I forget)star will be open to accepting a warrior of your standards into the clan Raineyes; and an apprentice would not be much of a hassel in my opinion. You can both catch prey."

"Thank you." She dipped her head in gratitude and respects. She then turned over her shoulder. "Fuzzpaw, come. Starclan may still care for us after all!"

Out of the thick brush, Fuzzpaw came forth. She brushed the trapped leaves from her fur, and came up to Raineyes' flank. She remained close to her mentor. In the new clan...she feared that, for loyalty purposes, they would be separated. Yet, for now, their love had them close as could be. She looked up at what might be her new deputy, and prayed to Starclan that the leader, as he did, would have mercy on them.
